Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GPTitan (the "Extension") provided by GPTitan ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Use of the Extension

    1. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
    2. Restrictions: You shall not:
      1. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Extension.
      2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.
      3. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Extension.
    3. Use the Extension in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
    4. Google Credentials: To utilize the Extension's features, you may need to provide your Google credentials. The credentials are solely used to authenticate and authorize the Extension's access to your Google account for the purpose of creating Google Sheets. Your credentials are not stored or sent anywhere outside the Extension.

  2. Intellectual Property

    1. Ownership: The Extension and all intellectual property rights associated with it are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Company Name]. The Extension is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
    2. Feedback: We welcome your feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Extension ("Feedback"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and incorporate the Feedback into the Extension or other products or services without any obligation to compensate you.

  3. Disclaimer of Warranty

    1. The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
    2. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or terminate the Extension or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Extension if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The United States of America.

  7. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  8. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Extension and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
